Project Details
GreenSource was tasked with supporting a US Department of Health and Human Services Health Resource Services Administration agency grant application to construct a proposed health care facility in Ruskin, FL. As this grant involves the disbursement of Federal funds, an EPA National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Assessment (EA) was required as part of the federal grant application process. The Environmental Assessment report consisted of 15 potentially affected environmental items including natural systems such as geological, biological, water quality, air quality, noise, cultural, socioeconomics, environmental justice, traffic & transportation, hazardous materials & waste, land use, public services and utility resources.

- Due Diligence
- Permit review of all pertinent Federal, State, and Local authorizations
- Compilation of natural system, public affected services, socioeconomic resources
- Coordination with Federal, State, and Local land use agencies
- Preparation of NEPA EA mandated narrative and supportive documentation
