Lisa is a Senior Environmental Scientist with more than 20 years of experience in Environmental Resource Permitting and Natural Resource Management at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Florida Water Management District, and the Harris County Flood Control District in Houston, TX. Lisa believes that creating economic opportunities between the public and private sector while conserving valuable ecological habitats will provide a sustainable environment for Florida’s natural resources. At GreenSource, Lisa is a leader in project development, state and federal permit acquisition, project construction and management. Lisa has had extensive training in wetland delineations, wetland plant identification, hydric soils, leadership training; and is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist, FDEP Certified Stormwater Inspector, and PADI Open Water Diver.
